South Suburban College "Entertaining & Clowning" Graduating Class College, Private & Group Classes are Available To learn all the basics in how you can become a professional entertainer for children's parties, special events, community and state fairs, fundraisers, restaurants, businesses, expo centers etc. as a full or part time business, just for fun or train your employees in the service industry in how to attract and retain customers. Individuals will learn to enhance their self-confidence, develop their unique entertainer's personality, imagination and how to interact and relate with children, adults or customers. Subjects covered in the class are the different types of entertainment characters, costumes and make-up techniques. Learn the basics of face painting, balloon sculptures, magic, skits, improvisation, games, storytelling, children dances, songs and basic juggling. Learn how to promote yourself and to start a part-time or full-time business. Class materials will be available in class.
